A work on the rules which govern Ṣūfī teachers, shaykhs, students and novices.2. fol. 29a-: Kitāb Risālat al-Anwār fīmā yumnaḥu ṣāḥib al-khalwah min al-asrār / lil-Shaykh al-Akbar Muḥyī al-Dīn ibn ʻArabī. A reply to an inquiry concerning drawing near to God, meditation and contemplation. While the beginning and the bulk of the work is al-Anwār, the colophon is that of ḥilyat al-abdāl wa-mā yaẓharu ʻanhā min al-maʻārif wa-al-aḥwāl, another work by the same author on the four pillars of ascetic life; silence, solitude, hunger and watching.
