Notlar Ms. codex.Title supplied by the cataloger.Layout: 15 lines per page ; frame-ruled in gold and black.Description: All texts are of the same date, they are all in the same hand and written in the same style. Written in an elegant medium small script in black ink with use of gold, and occasionally red, for rubrication. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed paper with visible laid lines and prominent pulp. Foliation in Western numerals in pencil. Some worm damage to the paper throughout.Decoration: Each text has the same illuminated head piece on the first page, executed in gold leaf with blue, red, white and orange watercolors. Texts have gold circles for breaks within the text. Some pages, most notably those in text 4, are sprinkled in gold. - Disbound and inside cream custom-made boards with white strings. - A collection of treatises by Mahmut Hüdayî on a variety of subjects, but mainly in, or from the standpoint of, Sufism.
