Notlar Ms. codex.Title from fol. 2b.13 lines per page. Written in a small taʻlīq in black ink with use of red. Text is written in two columns and inside a frame outlined in single line of red ink. Catchwords on the verso of leaves in the first half of each quire. Glazed (European?) paper. Fol. 1b (front flyleaf) has an inscription about the author in a later hand, signed Canizoǧlu and dated 5/10/192 (1778). Fol. 2a has a couplet of poetry in a different hand. Fol. 30b-31a (back flyleaf) have a rhymed text expressed in the form of questions entitled "Mektup" and signed Mehmet Akif, Mısır'dan (?). Almond shaped tuǧra like ownership stamp on fol. 2a and again on fol. 30a.Incipit: آلهي بزم جانى كلشن ايله محبت شمعى ايله روش ايلهExplicit: دعاي خيرله دايم ايدب ياد دل غمكينمزى ايده لر شاد - Half leather with envelope flap. Blue marbled paper on covers and the envelope flap with brown leather on spine, fore edge flap and around edges of covers. Endleaves and lining to the envelope flap in cream paper. Worm damage to the binding and the paper around the spine on the lower edge of the ms. Some water damage to the paper throughout. - A poem of the sakiname genre, Turkish divan poetry equivalent to the Arabic khamrīyah (wine poetry).
