Rubrication and catchwords; Qurʼanic quotations vocalized and overlined in red. Illuminated ʻunwān on fol. 1b is smudged and almost entirely effaced. Mild staining and insect damage; occasional paper repairs. Text block is almost completed detached from binding and a few leaves are completely detached. First two leaves somewhat damaged but legible. Otherwise in good condition.Incipit: سورة ىس اين سوره مکىست نزد جمىع مفسرىن و ابن عباس آىه واذا قىل لهم انفقو مما رزقکم الله را استثنا مىکند و مىگىد که در مدىنه نزول اجلال ىافته - Full black leather over pasted boards with gold fillets; maroon leather doublures with gold fillets. Spine repaired. - The third volume of the author's Qurʼān commentary; covers Sūrat Yāsīn to Sūrat al-Nās.
