Notlar	Ms. codex.Title from illuminated ʻunwān on fol. 1b.Copied in the town of [Gümrandar?] by Muḥammad ibn Muṣṭafá and completed in the middle of Rabīʻ al-Ākhir 980 (1572) -- colophon (fol. 411a).25 lines per page. Written in a medium small naskh in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Text is written inside a single line frame in red ink. On fol. 1b-2a the text frames are in gold leaf outlined in black ink. Fol. 1b has an illuminated head piece (ʻunwān) executed in gold leaf with blue watercolor, and with title in black ink in the centre. Glazed paper with chain lines and watermarks.Incipit: الحمد لله الذى شرفنا بالنطق والبيان وفضلنا بالفصاحة والبيان ورزقنا الاهتداء ... وبعد قال الفقير... مصطفى بن شمس الدين القره حصارىExplicit: اليهمور الرجل الكثير الكمد وير كوترن بالق - Quarter leather with envelope flap. Green paper embossed in floral pattern on covers and the envelope flap. Burgundy leather on spine, fore edge flap, and around two edges of covers. Pastedowns and lining to the envelope flap in terracotta colored paper. Lining to the fore edge flap in dark green fabric. Binding is damaged and some leaves are loose. Lower half of fol. 1 is torn and missing. Water damage to paper and some ink duplication especially at the end of ms. - An Arabic-Turkish lexicon.
