[27 May 1818] (fol. 311b).Incipit: سبحانك اللهم يا قدوس ويا طبيب النفوس اتمم لنا انوار معرفتك واذقنا حلاوة مغفرتك - Full black leather with gold stamped central mandorla and pendants; green pastedowns. - A comprehensive work on materia medica dedicated to the Safavid Shāh Sulaymān, r. 1666-1694, written to correct the errors of the Ikhtiyārāt-i Badīʻī and based largely on the Jāmiʻ-i Baghdādī (fol. 1b-2a). The first part contains five tashkhīṣāt while the second contains three qisms. According to Storey (III, 261), the third qism may never have been written; this copy is complete through the second qism. A list of various symbolic alphabets appears at the end of the first qism on fol. 240b-243b. On fol. 1a, two medical recipes. On fol. 312a, note dated 1276 H. [1859 or 60]. On fol. 316b, note dated 1346 H. [1927 or 8] plus two lists of book titles. Notes on fol. 317a-318b.
