Written area of text 2 slightly larger. Both texts have catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Text 1 is on glazed European paper and text 2 is on a thinner glazed paper with no visible chain or laid lines. Although the texts are not contemporary, they vary only slightly in terms of style and the hands are very similar.Decoration: Ilhām al-muqaddas has an illuminated headpiece in gold leaf, purple, orange and grey (fol. 2b). Opening spread is frame-rued in gold outlined in black (fol. 2b-3a).
