Notlar	Ms. composite codex.Title from 1a.Fol. 1b-2b have the table of contents for the first collection of Feyzullah's fetvas (text 2); they are followed by the selection of fetvas by Menteşizade (text 1) on fol. 3a and 4a, which is interrupted by a separate single fetva on fol. 3b, written in the same hand as the main text, and signed "katabahu Aḥmad Sūqī". Fol. 89b-90b have the table of contents for the second collection of Feyzullah's fetvas (text 3); they are followed on fol. 91a by a short paragraph in verse, signed "katabahu al-faqīr al-Sayyid Fayḍ Allāh". This second collection is wrongly identifed on fol. 1a as Fetava-yi Kirmânî, and below that on same fol. as Fetava-yi Akkirmânî (possibly referring to Mehmet Akkirmânî (d. 1760) or Ali Akkirmânî Efendi (d. 1657), etc.). Kabīkaj (invocation against bookworms) on fol. 1a. Short inverted inscriptions in a later hand on fol. 131b.Layout: 26-31 lines per page.Description: All texts are in a very similar hand and style, they are all written in medium small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication, though the style of the script in texts 1 and 3 tends more towards taʻlīq. There are marginal annotations throughout texts 2 and 3, chiefly additional fetvas. The annotations all appear to be in the same hand. Irregular catchwords present. Glazed (European?) paper with visible watermarks. Foliation in Arabic numerals in black ink. Substantial water damage to the paper, especially in text 3, with some loss of text, either the marginal annotations or the edges of the main text.
