Text frame along misṭara dimensions, rare separators and marginalia, rubrication, overlines, occasional sentences and words in red ink. On fol. 1a-2b double flame in black ink filled with gold ink. Catchwords in black ink. Some sections outlined with red ink are missing headings.Collation: 212 fol. total, 8 fol. per quire, 25 lines per page, misṭara. Fol. 2b has an elegant illuminated head piece of vegetative ornament, executed in gold ink with light purple, blue watercolors and red ink. Fol. 1a has a table of contents in black and red inks in a different hand, with inscription on the top "هذا فهرست كتاب صك شاني زاده".Binding is well kept, ragged fore edges, not original; sewn quires. Minor damp staining on the top ; the text is slightly affected in the middle area by a single narrow bookworm piercing across the whole manuscript including back cover of binding.Incipit: ...اما بعد فيقول العبد المعترف والتفهر المحتاج الى كرم مولاه اللطيف الخبير محمد صادق الحقير... - European binding, pasteboard and spine covered with a single piece of narrow-grained red leather ; stamped triple frame in gold ; flyleaves in mottled light blue paper sprinkled in black ; yellow paste down end papers. Manuscript comes in the clamshell box of dark red color. - Ottoman autograph manuscript on the legal documents, copied by the author in Medina in small nastaʻlīq.
