In excellent condition.Origin: 8 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1261 H [8 December 1845] in Bharūch [India], by Najm al-Dīn ibn Ḥamīd al-Dīn for Muḥammad Ḥasan Ṣāḥib (leaf 242a).Incipit: بعد از حمد و ثنائى حضرت کبرىا و درود بلا انتها بر سرور انبىا - Contemporary full red-brown leather with gold-stamped central flower design, cornerpieces, and fillets; gold tooling on spine; marbled paper doublures and flyleaves. - Collection of ḥadīths on the domestic life, character, practices, and ethical teachings of the Prophet Muḥammad; translated into Persian. Text begins on leaf 11b and is preceded by a list of the author's works on leaves 4b-5a and a fihrist on leaves 5b-8b.
