Headings in gold; sentences terminate in gold disks. Catchwords. Foliated in both Arabic and Western scripts 1-150. Slight marginal insect damage; otherwise in excellent condition.Origin: Text completed in Muḥarram 861 H. (fol. 4b) [December 1456]. Copy completed by Darvīsh Maḥmūd Abū Nāmir towards the end of Jumādá al-Thānī 955 H. (fol. 148a) [August 1548].Incipit: الحمد لله الذى برء کل شىء ثم ارعاه ... اما بعد عرضه مى دارند بنده ضعىف فقىر المعترف على ذنوبه الکبىر والصغىر شکر الله بن الامام الاغر الاکرم شهاب الدىن احمد ... که چون در ايام دولت حضرت سلطان الاسلام والمسلمىن ... - Full leather Arabic binding with flap; spine repaired. Front cover has stamped central mandorla; back cover and flap have stamped and tooled mandala and stamped fillets. - A general history of the Muslims beginning with the creation of the world and ending with the accession of Mehmed II in 855 H. On fol. 149a: a chart of the Seljuq rulers; on fol. 150a: arithmetic calculations; on fol. 150b: poem and letter in Turkish.
