Some of the declarations are about bureaucratic procedures in this period, regulations on market money, administration of foundations, collection of government receivables, official merits, wars with Austria and Russia. Most of the orders of Grand Viziers are about the maintenance of everyday life in Istanbul. These orders are the provision of poison, bread, meat, water, soap and fuel needs of the residents of payitaht; prevention of profiteering, famine or cost in the city; construction and repair of roads; It provides valuable information on the measures taken for the cleanliness of the capital. In addition, clothing bans for Muslims and non-Muslims, and the regulations that various tradesmen belong to, can be learned from the orders.
