Short inscriptions on fol. 1a, 2a and 153b-154b (prayers, invocations, quotations etc.). According to the text, the translation is based both on the original text, Ṣiḥāḥ al-Jawharī, and the abridgment of the original, Mukhtār al-Ṣiḥāḥ by Muḥammad ibn Abī Bakr al-Rāzī.
