Some damp staining and numerous paper repairs; edges ragged. Some leaves appear to have been bound out of order. Text block almost completely detached from binding.Origin: According to colophon by a later hand, this copy was completed in 944 H [1537 or 8] (fol. 251). According to Storey the original text was written in 897 [1491 or 2].Incipit (as extant): چون نگرند از ره بىنش دران - Full brown leather over pasted boards with blind-stamped central mandorla, pendants, side pieces, and corner pieces and blind-tooled fillets; leather is cracked and some pieces have fallen out. Blue paper doublures. - History of Herat to 875 H [1470 or 1]; incomplete at beginning.
