Headings in red; keywords overlined in red. Catchwords and a few marginal notes. Text is bordered by a heavy silver line and a thin blue line, plus an outer marginal red border. At the top of each page, "421" in Arabic script. Heavy water damage on outer edge and upper left corner has eaten away some of the text block, but no damage to text.Origin: Copy completed by Muḥammad Ṣādiq Shīrāzī in 1263 H. [1846 or 7] (fol. 162a).Incipit: الحمد لله الذي جعل عين البكاء الباكين ومشرب عطشان يوم الدين ... - Full black leather with stamped central mandorla and pendants; spine repaired and front cover partly detached. Water damage has eaten away part of the front cover on the edge and upper left corner. Leather is cracked on both covers and in poor condition. - Biographies of Muḥammad, Fāṭimah, and the Imāms in 20 bāb (although Āghā Buzurg describes this work as having 22 bāb; see Dharīʻah, XV, 367).
