Notlar Ms. codex.Title from fol. 1a and 2b.17 lines per page. Written in a medium small taʻlīq in black ink with some use of red. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed paper with "three crescents" watermark. Fol. 1, 2 and 3 are wider then the rest and their margins are folded. Short inscriptions on fol. 1a and one on fol. 1b, the latter dated Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1260 (1844-45). Two partially visible stamps on fol. 2a. Substantial water damage to the paper throughout, and considerable loss of text due to ink smearing.Incipit: كچدى سنبل كلدى كل انكله دل خوش ايلدم يوزن آكدم دلبرك زلفن فراموش ايلدمExplicit: نظيرك يوق چوكوردك آب وكلده سنى نقش ايلدم بر داخى دلده - Brown leather with envelope flap. Gold tooled panel design on upper and lower covers, consisting of gold guilloche and fillets around borders and a large obloid stamp with scalloped edges and radiating sprigs and small rosetta stamps around the edges, the latter also forming small pendants, blind stamped, and then covered with red stained leather and gilt. On the upper cover the design further has blind fillets forming semi-circles around the central stamp. Gold guilloche, fillets and small rosetta stamps on the envelope flap. Spine repaired in different brown leather. Endleaves in a decorative paper in cream and green leaf pattern. Lining to the envelope flap in cream paper. Lining to the fore edge flap in green fabric. Partially obliterated stamp on the inside of the envelope flap. - A collection of riddles. Copy was written for Seyit Sadreddin Mehmet, known as [Afi?] zade -- inscription on fol. 1a.
