The title, inscribed by a later hand on fol. 1a, is attributed to Ākhūnd Mullā Muḥammad Bāqir Fashārakī [1835 or 6-1896 or 7]; however, this must be incorrect because Fashārakī was a legal scholar (Amīn, Ḥ., Mustadrakāt Aʻyān al-Shīʻah, Bayrūt 1983, 3:216).
