Remainder of mss. in excellent condition.Origin: Text 5 copied by Mahdī ibn Ramaḍān al-Tunukābunī in Tehran, 1316 H [1898 or 9] (fol. 36a); remainder of second ms. likely copied around the same time. Treatise on medicine consisting of a muqaddimah and five faṣl. The title, inscribed by a later hand on fol. 1a, is attributed to Ākhūnd Mullā Muḥammad Bāqir Fashārakī [1835 or 6-1896 or 7]; however, this must be incorrect because Fashārakī was a legal scholar (Amīn, Ḥ., Mustadrakāt Aʻyān al-Shīʻah, Bayrūt 1983, 3:216).
