Notlar Ms. codex.Title from fol. 1b.15 lines per page. Written in a small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Text is written in two columns inside a double line frame in red ink. Both texts have decorative floral head pieces in red ink on the first page of text (fol. 1b and fol. 27b). Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed European paper with watermarks (in text 1 the paper is thicker and re-glazed with egg albumen).Incipit: بسمليله ايده لم فتح كلام فتح اوله تا بو معماى بنامExplicit (fol. 26a): كفت وكودن بو در الحق جواب بر دعا ايليلر اهل صوابIncipit (text 2, fol. 27a): حمد اكا كيم اولوب بد بر عرش ايتدي ظل همامى فضلنى فرش - Half leather binding with envelope flap. Blue and brown marbled paper on covers and the envelope flap. Brown leather on spine and fore edge flap. Endleaves in yellow paper. Lining to the fore edge flap in green fabric. - Hakanî Mehmet Bey's hilye, a poem in praise of the Prophet Muhammad, describing his personal appearance and character. The poem was composed in 1007 (1598-99). The work ends on fol. 26a, and is then followed by another work of poetry of a similar character on fol. 27b-54b. Although on different paper, text 2 is written in the same hand and style as text 1. Text 2 is incomplete, as explained by the scribe's note to that effect at the end of page on fol. 54b.
