A few leaves torn; light staining and smudging at beginning and end of ms. Otherwise in excellent condition. - Contemporary full golden-brown leather with blind-tooled central "x" through which runs a vertical line and which is framed by several fillets; green marbled pastedowns. - Untitled history lacking an introduction, ending with the time of the Caliph al-Maʾmūn, in at least ten majālis (which are unnumbered and not well-marked after majlis 10 on fol. 62a); likely an incomplete draft. Extracts in Persian and Arabic on fol. 1a-1b, 36a-41a, 122a-123a.
