Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red for headings. Ff. 2b-5a have text within a frame outlined in red ink, and the rest of the text is without the frame. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed European paper. An ownership statement with a faint seal, undated, on fol. 1a. A short inscription and an ownership statement on fol. 2a, the latter dated 1168 and accompanied by a signature and a round seal with floral pattern and 'ʻAlī' in the centre.Incipit: دريآي محيط جوشه كلدي كون ايله مكان خروشه كلدي سرازل اولدي آشكار عارف نيجه ايلسون مداراExplicit: دير رحمن رحيمي بلمدي مظهور ذات قديمي بلمدي - Half leather with envelope flap. Yellow paper over pasteboard on covers and envelope flap (faded to cream on the covers). Spine, fore-edge flap and edges of covers in dark burgundy leather. Blind tooled border design on covers, made with fillets and roll. Blind stamped mandorlas with pendants, painted in gold, in the centre of covers. - Nesimi's Turkish divan.
