Incomplete at beginning and end and a few lacunae. Partially disbound. Damp staining around margins. - Detached from binding, and covers detached from each other. Covers consist of black leather with gold-stamped central mandorla, pendants, and corner pieces; red leather doublures. - Treatise of medicine in two parts (description of contents on fol. 3b-5b is defective: contents missing for fann 2, maqālah 1); also known as "Kifāyah-i Manṣūrī". The text is dedicated to Sulṭān Mujāhid al-Dīn Zayn al-ʻĀbidīn, i.e. Zayn al-ʻĀbidīn al-Muẓẓafarī, ruler of Fars, 786-789/1384-1387, according to the Mashhad catalogue. Rieu suggests that the dedicatee is rather Zayn al-ʻĀbidīn of Kashmīr, 823-875/1420-1470. There is no evidence, however, that the laqab of the latter is Mujāhid al-Dīn (Storey). This copy is mostly complete, with a few leaves wanting at the beginning and end.
