Written in a medium-sized vocalised naskh in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Text is written in two columns inside a single line frame in red ink. The text frames on fol. 1b-2a are in gold leaf outlined in black ink. Fol. 1b has an illumnated head piece in gold leaf and blue and red watercolors. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed European [?] paper. Fol. ia-b has a table of contents in black ink in a later hand.Explicit: حبيبينه صلوتيله تحيات دخى آلينه كم خير البرياتIncipit: اله واحد رب تعالى هو الله البديع الحق الاعلى - Brown leather over pasteboard with envelope flap. Blind stamped mandorlas in the centre of upper and lower covers and on envelope flap. Binding is damaged and some leaves are loose. - A poem of religious contents, concerning the Islamic tradition in general and that relating to the Prophet in particular. The poem is a re-working in Ottoman verse by the author of the second part of his prose work in Arabic entitled Maghārib al-zamān.
