Glazed European paper.Decoration: Illuminated headpiece in gold and blue (fol. 1b).Origin: Copied by Ahmet bin Mustafa and completed in the last ten days of Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1153 (1741) -- colophon (fol. 24b).Incipit: [حليهء خاقاني] بسمليله ايده لم فتح كلام فتح اوله تا بو معما ى بنام -- [حليهء جهاريار كزين] منت الله تعالى بر وجه كمال ادمه قلدى عطا حسين جمالExplicit: [حليهء خاقاني] اولمدين بيك يدى تاريخى تمام بو رسالمده تمام اولدى كلام -- [حليهء جهاريار كزين] قلم ناظم ياكيزه كلام ويردى بيك اللى ده بو نظمه نظام - Burgundy leather with a gold tooled panel design on covers, consisting of a wide gold guilloche and fillets around borders, and a central rectangle made with sprigs interlacing in a diamond pattern with small rosetta stamps inside the pattern and outside the rectangle. Endleaves in cream and olive foliage motif paper. - Hakanî Mehmet Bey's hilye, a poem in praise of the Prophet Muhammad, and Cevrî Ibrahim's hilye in praise of the first four 'rightly guided' caliphs.
