Light staining and smudging; otherwise in excellent condition. - Red paper over pasted boards with leather spine. Magic stamps and squares on inner front cover; four circular green labels reading "Istānbūl" in Arabic script and surrounded by other writing and a crescent moon and star, on outer back cover. Four postage stamps with the tughra of Mehmed V [r. 1909-1918], two on outer front cover and one each on inner and outer back cover. Partially torn label reading "Sulfate de Qui[nine] C. F. Boehringer & So[hne] Mannheim on outer front cover. - Collection of protective prayers and amulets and divinatory texts.
