It is probably a part of the commentary by al-Nawawī on the Ṣaḥīḥ of Muslim.Beg.: کتاب الاشربة. ونزل الله تعالى انما الخمر والمىسرColophon: ىتلوه في الذي ىلىه ىا رب العالمىن کتاب الاستىذانMarginal notes. The first 300 folios are on Arabic paper and constitute the older part of the fragment. The rest are on European paper and are by a later hand. MS in poor condition; Arabic binding. First part probably from the XlVth century, the second probably from the XVIIIth.Acquired from Bārūdī, Beirūt, A.D. 1925.
