On two folios before the beginning of the text, copy of texts in praise of the collection by Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad al-Dajawī, Burhān al-Dīn Ibrāhīm ibn Mūsá al-Abnāsī, and Majd al-Dīn Muḥammad al-Fīrūzābādī, written by the same hand as the main text (fol. 2a-3a).
