Spine is broken. Doublures of red leather. Cover centers bear blind stamped mandorlas with wine motif in relief. - Composite manuscript containing two epic poems.

Text is identified as the Sāmʹnāmah on the fly leaf, but the colophon mentions Humāy va Humāyūn suggesting that this may be an anonymous version of that work by Khvājū-yi Kirmānī. Other catalogues suggested that there is a connection between these two texts.
