Thick oriental paper with vertical laid lines and horizontal single chain lines (510 to 530 mm.) visible. Catchwords on the recto of each leaf (fol. 1b-18b only). Inscriptions in several hands on fol. 1a and 102b; ownership statement on fol. 1a (covered by later paper). Contains several foliations: a modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals, a foliation using Arabic numerals starting fol. 5a (at the beginning of the text proper, after the table of contents), and a partial pagination using Arabic numerals (fol. 1b-21a). Some pages are carefully repaired.Opening (fol. 1b): المقالة التاسعة من الجزو الثاني من كتاب كامل الصناعه الطبيه المعروف بالملكي تاليف علي بن العباس المجوسي المطبب في العمل باليد وهي مايه واحد عشر باب الباب الاول ... الباب الثانيIncipit (fol. 5a): الباب الاول في بقسيم العمل باليد قد كنا ذكرنا في صدر كتابناExplicit (fol. 102b): فينبغي ان نستعمل العلاج المرك[ب] لثلاثه البسيطه علي ما ذكرناه علي الانفراد - Soft dark-brown leather over pasteboards, with four sewing stations; the upper and lower covers have a blind-tooled border formed by two lines.
