Sūrah headings written in red or white ink on a gold background.Origin: According to colophon copy completed 1180 by ʻAlī Afandī, known as Saʻdīʹzādah (fol. 317b).Colophon: تمت هذه المصحف شريف سنه ثمانين ومايه والف كتبه الفقير على افندى المعروف بسعدى زاده [من تلاميذ؟] مصطفى المعروف بكوتا؟مى الشيخ الجلو - Later? type II (with flap) binding in brown leather. Gold-stamped mandorla and cornerpieces and gold-tooled decorative edging on covers. Blind-stamped triangular design and blind-tooled decorative edging on replacement flap.
