Gold boxes mark verses 30 and 40. The vowel signs are dots in red or green. The ḍammah is represented by a dot to the right of the letter, the fatḥah by one over and the kasrah by one below (cf. al-Suyūṭī, Itqān, Cairo, 1925, vol. II, p. 171, 11. 27-8). Ragged, with some tears, and water damaged; text partially effaced, particularly on verso.Origin: Likely from the 9th century (compare with Déroche, F., The Abbasid tradition, no. 39). - Fragment from a manuscript of the Qurʾān (10:27 [in part] - 43 [?]) in early Abbasid script, likely from the 9th century.
