Gloss on the margin and on pieces of paper pasted between the original leaves (beginning of text only). Several inscriptions and short texts on fol. 1a-5a, including verses of poetry in Persian. Title on tail of text block. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (omits the first four leaves). Worm-eaten.Chiefly quaternions.Inscription on a label pasted on the upper cover: "464 [in Arabic numerals] 589 [in Western numerals]".Origin: The date 859 H. is written at the end of the text (fol. 176a).Incipit: الحمد لله العلى شانه الجلى برهانه القوى سلطانه ... [2أ] ... وبعد فان كمال كل نوع بحصول صفاته الخاصة بهExplicit: وللفقهاء فى معالمتهم خلاف هو خارح عن فننا هذا وليكن هذا اخر الكلام من كتاب المواقف ونسال الله ... من السهو والزلل وان يعاملنا بفضله ورحمته انه هو الغفور الرحيم - Half bound in red leather and purple cloth.
