Light staining and smudging and some paper repairs, mainly marginal.Origin: Copy completed at the end of Rabīʻ I 1242 H [October 1826] by al-Sayyid ʻAbd al-Raḥīm Hifẓī al-Ashrafī al-Qādirī al-shahīr bi-Sirrī-zādah, shaykh of the Haḍrat Naẓmī Khāniqāh (fol. 48b).Incipit: يا من يجيب الداعي اذا دعا ويحب الملحين في الدعاء - Red buckram over pasted boards; spine repaired with cloth. Brown paper doublures. - Commentary on the magical properties of the talisman attributed to ʻAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib; illustrated with charts and diagrams.
