Record follows erroneous foliation.Physical description: 17 lines per page, in two columns; written in calligraphic nastaʻliq in black on heavy glazed, laid Arabic paper with visible fibers. Text is framed within a border of gold, black, and blue; headings in red. Catchwords. Gilt edges with pattern. Light staining and smudging; otherwise in excellent condition.Decoration: Illuminated ʻunwān on fol. iiib consisting of a delicate floral pattern mainly in gold, blue, and salmon. Title in white within central gold lozenge.Incipit: بنام پادشاه عالم عشق * که نام اوست نقش خاتم عشق - Dark brown leather over pasted boards with flap; blind-stamped central mandorla, pendants, corner designs, and fillets, and gold-tooled accents. Doublures consist of green silk and gold-sprinkled green paper. - Calligraphic copy of The Love of Mihr (Sun) and Mushtarī (Jupiter), a romance in verse.
