Simple illuminated header in gold and red on fol. 1b. Some dampstaining and paper repairs, with no loss of text. Includes charts and diagrams.Origin: Text completed on 11 Ṣafar 956 AH (11 March 1549); this copy completed during Muḥarram 965 AH (October-November 1557) by Ḥusayn ibn ʻAbd al-Wahhāb al-Jawrī (fol. 144b). - Full brown leather with tooled fillets. - A textbook on prosody, dedicated to Prince Mustafa, son of Suleyman the Magnificent.
