Notlar	Commentary by ‘Abd al-‘Alī ibn Muḥammad ibn Ḥusayn al-Birjandī (عبد العلي بن محمد بن حسين البرجندي, d. 923/1525 or 26) on the Taḥrīr al-Majisṭī(تحرير المجسطي), the edition by Naṣīr al-Dīn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad al-Ṭūsī (نصير الدين محمد بن محمد الطوسي; d. 1274; see f. 3r, lines 17-18) of the Almagest(المجسطي) of Ptolemy (Claudius Ptolemaeus, بطلميوس القلوذي; c 90-c 168).The text contains numerous diagrams.Inserted between ff. 305 and 306 is a scrap of wove paper (almost certainly Western) on which is written bibliographical details of the text.
