Highflyer's operations against the Wahabees [Wahabbis], the bomibing of Katif [Al-Qatif] and the need for Colonel Pelly to ascertain the extent and damage of these operations before deciding whether a further naval response may be required. The letter also commends Captain Pasley and his crew for the way in which they handled the operations.Enclosed letter No. 32 of 1866 (a continuation of letter No.31), also dated 27 February 1866 enclosing a letter to Commander Hillyer regarding the operations undertaken by H.M.S.
