Contains renewal of the capitulations granted during the Reign of Sultan Meḥmed IV (r. 1058-99 [1648-87]) with some newly introduced articles. \| 33.5 x 25.5 cm (20 x 13.5 cm). \| Written in naskh script, in one column, 14 lines per page, in black.
