Notlar Samuel Hennell informs Justin Sheil that Sheik Nasir, Governor of Bushire, left for Shiraz on 12 July 1850. Hennell reports that the Sheik has apparently collected 6,000 tomans in goods and coin [ sic], although this sum is still far short of the arrears of revenue due from this quarter.
