Notlar	Letter regarding a prospectus which has been issued by the New Bank of Bombay and which lists shareholders eligible to purchase shares in the New Bank under the headings 'Europe, Persons resident up country, Residents in Bombay' and Pelly's objections that he has a right to buy shares as a shareholder in the old Bank of Bombay but does not fall under any of these headings.The letter concludes by requesting that they clarify this situation with Messrs Remington who are acting on his behalf and asking whether any Judicial investigation will be undertaken into the reasons for the old Bank of Bombay's ruin.The letter contains numerous crossings out in both ink and pencil and numerous amendments and changes written in pencil above each sentance. \| 2 folios \| more \| less
