(vertical), chain lines spaced 26 mm. apart (horizontal), and watermark of scrollwork / arms consisting of two-headed eagle with crown above, star and trefoil at center, and "G. C. C." below (see p.2, 10, 12, etc.), dark cream to beige in color, well-burnished to glossy ; another type with 11 laid lines per cm. (vertical), chain lines spaced 22-24 mm. apart (horizontal), and watermark of "GIOR MAGNANI" under scrollwork / arms with bird above tower (see p.22, 24, 30, 32, etc. and compare Heawood 3748 and Walz, "The Paper trade of Egypt and the Sudan," p.88), medium cream in color, well-burnished to glossy ; another type with 11 laid lines per cm.
