Notlar	The letter is a covering letter, presumably sent by Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Ephraim Gerrish Stannus, Resident in the Persian Gulf, forwarding a despatch received from Henry Willock, the Chargé D'Affairs at the Court of Tehran.
