Notlar	Draft of a legal document concerning a bill of release, dated 1066 CE, in which Samuel b. Aaron had released the brothers Nissim and Ṣedaqa b. Mešullam and their mother Bahiyya bat Ḥalfon from any debts related to their deceased father (Abū ʿAlā Mešullam b. Hiba, known as Ibn Šuwaykiyya). Samuel b. Aaron’s agent is Joseph b. Ṣedaqa and the draft is possibly in the hand of ʿEli ha-Kohen ha-Parnas b. Yaʿīš (who also wrote the actual document). A number of corrections on the draft are signed and authorised ʿEli ha-Kohen ha-Parnas.
