Notlar	The letter is explaining to the recipient that the Lieutenant does not believe that he has the authority to authorise the recipient drawing on the funds of the Bushire Residency. However, it explains that it will be permitted in this instance, but asks that any bills drawn on the Residency be accompanied by an 'official intimation'.Also discussed is when the next ship is expected to arrive at Bushire; it explains that the Lieutenant does not have any information on when the next vessel from Bombay is due, but that one or two from Bussora [Basra] are expected. \| 1 folio \| more \| less
