Notlar The file contains correspondence, primarily between Anglo Persian Oil Company's (APOC) managers, the Political Resident in the Persian Gulf, the Residency Agent at Sharjah and the Political Agent at Bahrain, regarding APOC's oil storage at Sharjah.There is also correspondence with in Arabic between APOC and the Residency Agent at Sharjah, Khan Bahadur Isa bin Abdul Latif, with English translation, and translations of letters from the Ruler of Sharjah, Shaikh Sultan bin Saqr to APOC, forwarded without copies of the Arabic originals. All these letters date between 1 April and 13 June 1933.There are some letters dated between 21 January and 11 February 1950 at the end of the file, discussing the increased demand and cost of oil in the Trucial Coast. | 1 file (29 folios) | The papers in the file are arranged chronologically.
