Notlar	This part contains correspondence regarding the establishment of a permanent water supply in Koweit [Kuwait] on behalf of its ruler, Shaikh Mubarak bin Ṣabāḥ Āl Ṣabāḥ.On folios 9-11 the part contains a draft Memorandum of Agreement between Shaikh Mubarak and the firm Strick, Scott and Company Limited for the construction of a salt water distillation plant.
