It further explains that he has applied to Bombay for two cruizers, due to the operations of the Juwaseemee [Qāsimī] pirates and his communication issues with India. He also mentions that he is expecting the Persian Ambassador to Scind [Sindh] to arrive in Bushire with the Vakeels of Meer Gullum Ali Khan.
