Part three is concerned with the proceedings of the International Sanitary Conference (1903) and German complaints against the Persian Gulf Quarantine Service (1907-1908).Each part includes a divider which gives the subject and part numbers, the year the subject file was opened, the subject heading, and a list of correspondence references contained in that part by year. This is placed at the back of the correspondence. \| 1 volume (183 folios) \| The papers are arranged in approximate chronological order from the rear to the front of the volume. The subject 2908 (Persian Gulf: Quarantine) consists of 2 volumes, IOR/L/PS/10/123-124. The volumes are divided into 3 parts, with part 1 comprising one volume, and parts 2 and 3 comprising the second volume. \| Foliation: the main foliation sequence (used for referencing) commences at the first folio (with 1) and terminates at the last folio with 181; these numbers are written in pencil, are circled, and are located in the top right corner of the recto side of each folio.
