Notlar Letter forwarding a copy of the statement of offences against His Highness Mulhar Rao [Malharrao] Guikwar [Gaekwad] which will be investigated by a special commission and requesting that Pelly send a copy of the depositions and charges to His Highness along with a copy of the statement made by the Government of India.The letter goes on to state that the Bombay Government and Advocate General at Bombay [Andrew Richard Scoble] will be arranging the prosecution of the case and requests that Pelly write directly to the Advocate General to inform him of the notices given to His Highness thus far.
