As this ketubba is cancelled, it appears that the couple later divorced for a second time. The agent of the bride is Joseph ha-Levi b. Ḵalaf. Witnessed by Solomon ha-Kohen b. Yefet, Joseph ha-Levi b. Isaac, [ʿA]mram b. Mevasser, Yefet b. Mawhūb, Yešuʿa b. Isaac, Ḥasan b. Zechariah, and Joshua the cantor b. ʿEli he-Ḥaver, who also wrote the document.
