Notlar	In this letter to Captain John Michael Guy, Commander of the East India Company ship, the Discovery,Ephraim Gerrish Stannus, Resident in the Persian Gulf, Bushire, requests that the Psychebe placed at his disposal so that Major George Willock, Secretary of Legation at the Court of Persia, who is on his way to Bushire with dispatches for the Supreme Government, may be offered a passage to the Presidency. Stannus requests that Guy delay the departure of the Discoveryfor Bombay until 22 May so that Stannus can send a number of papers on board that ship.
